The Benchmark team knows how to find talent. Between 1995 and 2001 our senior partners were two of the top producers with the Midwest ’s largest search firm. Since then we’ve served Fortune 500 companies, hundreds of mid-market firms, as well as many well-funded local, regional and national startups.

Senior Partner

Jeff Fullerton has 24 years of experience across multiple industries. He has served on the board of directors for several companies, has held various management roles, and for the past nine years has focused on helping companies of all sizes find and keep talent—from major corporations to some of the fastest growing start-ups in the country.

Regional Sales Director

Jane Plank has a strong background as a President's Club winner in sales. Four years ago she began a successful career in recruiting placing talent with sales and sales management experience and becoming the top recruiter in her firm. In her spare time Jane is an accomplished singer and musician performing at various venues throughout the Twin Cities.
